A few useful answers

Can I download Hub Ball yet?

Hub Ball is currently in development and isn’t publicly available on the App Store. We’ll update the Hub Ball page when it’s ready.

How do I send beta feedback?

If you already have access through TestFlight, open TestFlight, select Hub Ball, and choose Send Beta Feedback. You can also email us directly.

Do I need an account?

No. Hub Ball does not require an account. Your favorite teams and layout preferences are saved on your device.

A score or schedule looks out of date.

Check your internet connection, then reopen the app. Baseball data depends on upstream services and can be delayed. If the problem continues, email us with the team, game date, and screen you’re viewing.

How do I change my teams or page order?

Open the settings using the gear icon in Hub Ball. You can choose your favorite teams and customize the order of the app’s pages there.

Is Hub Ball an official MLB app?

No. Hub Ball is an independent, unofficial fan app made by Autumn Lane LLC. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Major League Baseball or any MLB club.

What information does the app collect?

Hub Ball has no accounts, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Network services receive the technical information needed to deliver content. Read our privacy policy for details, including what happens when you contact us.
